Are you going hybrid? Stay fully remote? Back to the office?
Resources to help you and your team decide which model is right one for you
Hey there,
Depending on where you’re based, chances are you’ve been in the “return to the office state” a few weeks/months now. Despite the excitement around the fact that everything is opening up slowly, the looming question of how we will work in the future is occupying the minds of many of us.
Anna Barner, an early-stage investor and partner at M13 (disclosure: M13 is one of our investors at Bunch), and I touched upon this on a call last week and it became evident to me: we’re not the only ones that haven’t figured things out fully yet, most of the teams out there are wrangling this topic currently.
We at Bunch are currently running a mix between a Clubhouse and Activity-based working where people can work from home or nearby coffee places, or meet for collaboration in the office (currently Berlin-based), where we have 4 fixed desks and up to 10 flex spaces (we’re 14 currently, with 8 people working from Berlin). But as any other team out there, we’re asking ourselves what the best model is not only for us as a team, but how to align business needs, team needs and individual needs and still have some structure that newly onboarded team members can grasp quickly and get onboarded to.
So here come a few resources for you, in case you are asking yourself the same questions:
