Burnout risk - it's still there - are you aware of who is at risk on your team?
Tips on how to keep tabs on your team's energy and prevent burnout
Hi there,
Despite the summer vacation period, burnout risk, following the many changes that most of us had to go through over the past 18 months, is as high as ever.
Burnout is much more complex than most people realize. Usually, it’s only associated with being overloaded at work, but most of the time it’s caused by a combination of psychological factors. When employees don’t get enough recognition for their work, don’t have enough control over what they do, and don’t have proper support from coworkers and family members, burnout becomes inevitable. Some common signs of burnout include an inability to focus, loss of productivity, and cynicism.
I asked myself: what can we do that is more than “just the support of individuals on the team, here and there?” How can we build a systemic effort to keep burnout at bay in a high-performance environment?
Here is what I found 👇👇👇
