Empower your team with clear ownership areas and responsibilities
Tips and frameworks on how to clarify team roles, responsibilities and ownership areas
Hey there,
👋 from Portugal 🇵🇹- looking at the beach as I write this. Loving the perks of remote life currently.
Anyways, we just closed a small round of funding and are preparing for our next offsite 🙌.
And since we welcomed 2 new team members and are going to hire a few more people this year, I was wondering how I can support the team by making responsibilities and ownership areas clearer and at the same time build more commitment in the team for their respective ownership areas.
We have done score cards and mandates - and I am looking something that we can do in a group workshop but also provides clarity for the individual and empowers them.
