This week Anthony (my co-founder and our COO) recorded not, 1, not 2 but 3 Podcast episodes! One of which was with Steve Schlafman, whom I follow since years on Twitter. It’s kinda a bucket list item to have him on the show! One of the things we talked about was the role of “impeccable agreements” a concept that Steve and the executive coaching community believe is at the core of many successful co-founder relationships.
I was definitely reflecting on my own behavior and how often I stick to agreements in an impeccable way: a lot of times I stick to the agreements I make in an impeccable way and some times it’s really hard for me and I fail. So I started reading up on accountability and the concept of impeccable agreements.
