Hey there,
First of all: sorry for going quiet for the past 2 weeks. Right after returning back to Berlin from NYC, I had not only one, but 2 weddings 💍 in a row - so the weekends (where I typically write the weekly briefing) were very busy💃🏻🕺. But now I am back on track.
This past week we had an interesting challenge: We work remotely in pods & cycles (Shape Up) with some of our team members supporting multiple teams, which leads to context switching and also quite some communication overhead. One of our team members raised a flag that for them it’s a lot of communication and the continuous status updates are adding to the context switching.
