Tips on how to make sure that everyone speaks up during remote meetings
Hey there,
My partner is an agile coach and given that I am a leadership and team coach our Sunday brunch conversations often revolve around our learnings and challenges with teams we coach. This Sunday we were discussing the tools we use to engage our teams during virtual meetings. I am a big fan of round robin, my partner prefers to break the team up in break out groups and let them discuss and tackle separate parts of the agenda, where possible.
