How to give constructive feedback
Hack your pleasure-gene and give real, authentic and helpful feedback
Hey there,
You know these weeks where you just get used to the challenges (finally!) and you level up, roll up your sleeves and start cleaning out all of the sh**? This week was one of those for me.
One of the challenges I had this week is to give constructive feedback to one of my team members and it was super tough because they are working really hard (believe it or not, but everyone works hard at Bunch, its part of our culture somehow) and I did not feel like I could “more things on them”.
Deep inside of me, I of course know that they deserve to know and it will help them grow, but it was still hard to really open up.
Funny enough, this same exact question was raised in our community this week as well. I want to share what I learned about this with you:
