How to give gratitude to your team
Tips on how to express gratitude - even if all you have is 2 min
Hey there,
With Thanksgiving around the corner a few of us in the team discussed the controversial origins of the nationwide holiday. We learned about the National day of Mourning that Native Americans celebrate on November 25th and I recommend checking out why some Americans do not celebrate Thanksgiving as we knew it, any more. One of our team members has renamed it to “Gratitude Day” in their family and use this time of the year to say “Thank you” to each other and spend quality time together.
In the spirit of “Gratitude Day” - totally adopting that framing! - I set out to find creative ways how to give gratitude in your team for the work done during the year that you can implement easily. We gotta make sure that you become a better leader, even if you only have 2 min a day ;)

We didn’t know what to expect, but you all took the lead, and magic happened ✨
Congratulations to YOU for the dedication you’ve shown while leveling up as leaders, together.
I am SO GRATEFUL for this community and the sense of purpose you’ve given to our team at Bunch and in me personally. It’s been a wild trip around the sun ☀️ so I wanted to stop, express gratitude and celebrate together. Tis the season for it, after all!
In fact, there’s a little surprise in your Bunch app to help you do the same:
