Recently I had the opportunity to listen to someone’s story about how traumatizing it was to be called out for being “commanding” and how much it influenced them to find alternative ways to influence people and get the results they needed. This person that shared that story is one of the most effective and tactically versatile influencers that I’ve come across since a long time. And it inspired me to dig deeper :)
