This week probably the toughest one in this year. We had to work through a few crucial challenges, some of which required me to navigate conflict. Depending on my energy levels I am either pretty good at it, or I suck. It kinda can go both ways. This week, I’ve ran into one entirely unprepared and I did not see it coming.
