How to rally your team to close the year on a strong note
Tips for helping you to inspire and motivate your team to perform and close the year out strong
Hey there,
We are in the midst of preparing our Q4 and closing of the year. Last year we closed with a bang, but also invested a monster amount of energy into each and every initiative and definitely depleted the resources of the team. This year I want things to run differently, I want us to outperform our goals but at the same time stay happy, high-performant, and avoid depletion. With the help of our team captain (that role is a topic for another weekly briefing) and my coach, I figured this will require solid preparation and practice from the team, so next week we will get together and I will walk through our learnings from last year and look at what this period will require.
