Hey you,
2021 left me exhausted. And you? If you feel the same, I curated a few resources on how to properly rest & focus in 2022 for you and for me. And btw I almost did not write about this topic today, because when I asked myself: What is my biggest challenge right now? Needing to find ways to rest properly, because I am exhausted, directly came to mind. However, I did not want to admit it and self-censored myself right away. “You just had a few days off over the break” and “You gotta go full speed now, it’s the start of the year” were a few of those voices in my head. But then I caught myself and corrected: none of that has space in 2022. 2022 is all about focusing on what really matters, sustaining high levels of energy, personal and professional growth and ultimately achieving new and exciting milestones. 2022 is about graduating from an early-stage, quickly growing startup into a fast growing business. It will require strength, maturity and wisdom. All of these things require preparation, reflection and also rest.
So I dug deep into “how to rest” and this is what I found. Definitely adding these techniques to my rest-stack 🧘♀️
