Tips on how to reflect on 2022 and set yourself up for success in 2023
Hey there,
Its that time of the year where most of the work is already done and we finally have time to review and reflect on the year that lies behind us. This is one of my favourite activities around this time of the year. The first time I did a review it took me ages and it was so hard to commit the time, after all the time around the holidays feels so precious and I always feel I should spend it with my family more than with anyone else. But I also learned that spending time reflecting and setting well thought through goals for the next year is something that everyone benefits from: me, my family and my team. And you get faster in it too, now it only takes me 1-2 half-days ✨
So here are my favourite frameworks on how to review and learn from the past year and set good goals for the next! Let me know what you think :)
