Boundaries and I have a funny relationship. Work ethics always were important to me, and somehow I kept thinking that boundaries will reduce my work ethic because I will have to let some of my colleagues hang or can’t get as much work done any longer.
But in conversations with friends and a coach I understood that I maybe getting this all wrong, so I started digging on the concept of boundaries and I was surprised to what I found out:
